2. Platform Use and Acceptable Conduct

Trademarks, service marks, and logos associated with nustarplay may not be used in connection with any third-party product or service, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, disparagement, or misrepresentation of the brand.

6. Limitation of Liability and Service Availability

nustarplay provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, downtime, or interruptions caused by maintenance, network issues, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our control. nustarplay shall not be liable for any losses — whether financial, consequential, indirect, or incidental — arising from platform unavailability, bet settlement delays, or technical malfunctions that occur despite our reasonable precautions.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect odds display, game malfunction, or erroneous payout, nustarplay reserves the right to void affected bets and revert transactions to the state prior to the error. Decisions made by nustarplay regarding the resolution of technical disputes are final and binding.
